A New Initiative for Patient Care Delivery for the BC Interior

The BC Enhanced Air Rotary Society (BEARS) is a non-profit charitable organization made up of dedicated members of the "Chain of Survival". We are physicians, nurses, paramedics, aviation professionals and health care administrators.

We are joined by community and business leaders who share our passion for improving patient care outcomes through the implementation of an enhanced rapid air rotary transport system in the central and southern interior regions of British Columbia.

Our Vision:

To set new standards of excellence in the delivery of pre-hospital and inter-hospital air medical transport in the Interior of British Columbia and to saving lives through strategic alliance, innovation and leadership.

BEARS fundraising started Jan 2004. Our goal is $5.5 million
